You send from your own wallet straight to the exchanger — nothing to connect, no account, and you stay on this page throughout. Rates are indicative until a swap is opened.

Most people’s anxiety comes from the gap between sending coins and seeing them arrive. That gap is normal. Here is what actually happens and how to check each step.
The deposit stage
You send stablecoins to the address the exchanger gave you. That transaction has a hash - a long string of letters and numbers. Copy it before you close anything. You can paste that hash into a block explorer (like Etherscan, BscScan, or whatever chain you used) and watch the transaction confirm. "Confirmed" means the network accepted it. That is the first proof your coins left your wallet.
The swap stage
After the deposit confirms, the exchanger must convert your coins into the target stablecoin on the destination chain. This is not instant. It can take seconds or minutes depending on network congestion. During this time your coins are in the exchanger’s working wallet, not lost.
The exchanger does not publish a transaction hash for the swap. You cannot watch the conversion itself on a block explorer. What you can do is check the destination address - the one you provided - on the destination chain’s block explorer. If the expected stablecoin arrives there with a transaction hash, the swap worked.
What if nothing appears?
Wait. Some swaps take longer than others. If the destination address shows no incoming transaction after ten minutes, check the original deposit transaction again. Make sure it is fully confirmed (six confirmations on Bitcoin, one on Ethereum, but the site may wait for more). If it is confirmed and still nothing, contact support. Do not send another swap until you know the first one failed.
The only proof that matters
A balance change in your wallet is not proof. Your wallet could be showing a cached number. The definitive proof is a transaction on the destination blockchain that sends the correct amount to your address. Find that transaction. Copy its hash. That is your receipt.
Why you should not trust the site’s "completed" message
The exchanger’s web page can say anything. It could say "swap complete" while the blockchain has not processed anything. The blockchain is the only record that counts. If the site says complete but the destination chain shows nothing, the site is wrong.

If you are unsure where the deposit address comes from or why it changes each time, those are separate pages in this set. Reading them in order helps, but the short answer remains: the blockchain is your proof.
Practical steps right now
- After sending your deposit, get the transaction hash from your wallet.
- Open the block explorer for the chain you sent from. Paste the hash. Wait for "confirmed."
- Open the block explorer for the destination chain. Paste your destination address.
- Wait. Refresh. When a new incoming transaction appears, the swap is done.
- Copy that new transaction hash. Save it. You will not need it unless something goes wrong later, but having it costs nothing.
One more thing
Do not close the browser tab until step 4 is finished. If you close it, you still have the transaction hash from step 1, but you lose the exchanger’s swap page. That page sometimes shows extra information if there is a delay. Keep it open.
