Only use the address the exchanger shows you. Do not accept a receiving address from a support chat, a forum post, or a direct message. Scammers impersonate exchange staff and offer fake addresses. The real address is generated by the swap software, not by a person. If someone asks you to send coins to a different address, stop. That is a scam.

Once you have the address, send the coins. Then wait. The swap takes a few minutes, sometimes longer if the network is congested. Check the block explorer link the exchanger provides. Your swapped coins will appear in your wallet after the transaction confirms.
